Antonia trained at the Rambert School and went straight on to join Rambert Dance Company (1998-2003). She has also danced for The National Theatre, Random Dance, Bonachela Dance Company, The Cholmondeleys, Charles Linehan Company, New Art Club, Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre, Walker Dance Park Music, Matthias Sperling, Clod Ensemble, HeadSpaceDance and Vincent Dance Theatre.
As a dancer Antonia has twice been nominated for the Critics Circle National Dance Awards, was nominated for the 2005 Time Out Live Award and in 2004 performed The Place Prize winning piece E2 7SD by Rafael Bonachela. In 2006 her performance in Probe’s Soledad won the Guglielmo Ebreo Award and Critics Choice Award.
As a choreographer Antonia has made works for Resolution!, Rambert choreographic platforms, INTOTO Dance Company, Bifem a Russian play, Yorkshire Youth Dancers, Gloucester Youth Dance, Hampshire Youth Dance Company, Central School of Ballet, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Sussex Downs college, The Frome Festival, North West Graduate Dance Company, Three Score Dance and Dance4 CAT.
Antonia regularly teaches professional companies, open classes, vocational schools and foundation courses, CAT schemes, youth groups, graduate companies and offers a variety of Probe related workshops and discussions.
Antonia is a mentor and dramaturg committed to assisting artists in the creation of new works (The Hiccup Project, Luke Brown Dance). She also regularly facilitates and comperes performances and scratch nights (The Point Eastleigh, Brighton Dance Network).
Antonia founded Probe in 2004 and has produced and toured 5 full length productions to date.
Antonia was Associate Artist at South East Dance, 2012 – 2014 and is currently a Playtime Artist at the Pavilion Dance SouthWest.
